WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

It can take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. The processing and packing time is separate from the shipping time. The shipping estimated time is added on top of the processing time. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES 

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. International orders shipped via USPS and are typically delivered within 7-14 business days from the date that it is shipped, depending on your country and selected delivery service. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. We will only exchange your item(s) up to14 days after your item has been delivered if there was an error on OUR part during processing. Unfortunately, we will not issue any exchanges if you mistakenly ordered the wrong size/product or entered in incorrect shipping info.

Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, once again, we DO NOT issue refunds, your item must be in an unused/unworn condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

We have the right to refuse your returned item if we felt the item is not in the condition it was sent to you in. If your return is rejected when it arrives to us then we will send it back to you.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.  We do not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees.  

To return your merchandise, please contact us for the return address and always include your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER

You may change your order and address details within (1) hour of purchase. Please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line:  CHANGE MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER. We cannot guarantee any changes can be made once an order is submitted.
